It's a pleasure to have joined the club (R-reg 20v with just 50k miles - plainly doesn't get enough use!) and many thanks to Mario for helping sort out some glitches along the way .

Still finding my way around the site and not too sure where best to look for advice on two things that I would appreciate views/help with:
1 does anyone have good experience of somewhere in north Suffolk/south Norfolk (or reasonable striking distance) that can be relied on for that hoary old matter of cam-belt replacement?
2 good replacement for a defunct (aka b******d) bonnet strut?
