Having read through this section a little, noticing that people aren't that keen on getting aftermarket alarms fitted, as the FIAT immobiliser seems to be very efficient.
However, my previous clifford had a turbo timer and the ability to remote start built in as well, which I found useful.
Is it better to just fit a manual turbo timer or would it be useful to fit the alarm system which allows remote locking as well (which I think is good)
Why why why fit a turbo timer to a car with a water cooled turbo As for remoted start, to get that to work you will invalidate the thatcham protection and make the car far more stealable than had you not fitted it.
