I hope winter has been good to you all and your cars have stayed in one piece since we last chatted.

I think its time for a spring meet to welcome in the better sunnier days. (we hope).

I have an extra reason for proposing sunday 6th March (Venue to be agreed) as my insurance is up on the 8th March and I wont be renewing this year due to financial constraints. Namely the F**kin state the country is in.

I am just going to do an odd trackday hopefully and see about renewal terms for the summer etc.

Well back to the point. Who is up for it?

All newcomers welcome and the usual suspects- you know who you are-

Just logged on here for the 1st time in a few days.

I'd be on for a meet on Sunday 6th. The car is in a bit of a state at the moment, since I rolled it into a wall! Still, dents and scratches aside, at least it's running.

Anybody have any ideas for where to meet. I'm up in Co.Down just outside Newcastle so it'll be a bit of a spin to get to say athlone etc, but I'd run down to somewhere closer alright. You still around Dundalk CollieD?

It was good craic but only the two coupes turned up.

Anyhow, we had a good chat and a very energetic drive over the moundatins which was nice.

I am off the road until end of may when I will be back with avengence.

Oh never saw the post, was up West in Mayo, and looking at an X1/9 on the Saturday on Saturday, but didn't go for it.
Perhaps an event later in the year during sunny times.

Yup it was a nice nice day out for a spirited drive across the mountains.

The coupé behave well and enjoyed a good stretch of the legs after doing only 100 or so miles in the last 5 months.

We need to get a good following for the next meet though
