The best way to do it IMO....
Remove inlet pipework including the ICV (runs to the right of the engine),
You should then have easy access to the throttle body. Youll need to remove the coolant pipes and throttle cable. Once youve done this you can remove the 4 allen key bolts holding the throttle body on, I think they are 5mm.
Once the throttle body is removed you should just about be able to see the FPR on the end of the fuel rail. Its held on with a triangular sprung piece of steel (I think). Its really fiddly, but all you have to do is lever the securing triangle off of the FPR and replace with the 3 bar FPR, then refit the securing triangle and refit everything youve removed.
I would say I could do it now easily within an hour.
