does anyone know what thread pitch the brake pipe fitting is on the caliper.

i need to order some new ones for my calipers.

I used the original fitting but made a new piece of pipe up to go with it. The old pipe I snipped in half so the fittings could be removed.
Not sure if that's an option for you ?

Unfortunately that isn't an option for me. I'm converting it to a banjo and banjo bolt type fitting. Hence the need to know the size

i've called up a brake line manufacturer, and they have said it is M10x1mm.
so i've ordered a pair. hopefully they are right.
