Hi people, i have been asked to canvas members on whether it would be possible for the club or area members to organise a gathering for our yearly Haverhill Show. It is always the first full weekend in August, which next year will be the 6th & 7th i believe.Does anyone have any idea's how i can rally some support?

I would be interested but it's far too early for me to give a definate YES. I am sure if you have contacts with those who organise the event then the club would be more than happy for you to run the club participation side of things.
