Yep, I've got three cars - two coupes and a Seat Leon Cupra - for under six hundred, with Admiral's multi.

Because I already had one car with them (well, with heffalump, which is a sister company) they transferred that to the multi as a second car, then the last coupe when it became due. They also didn't zap me for shed loads of no claims which my second coupe hadn't got.

I have just received my Mulicar renewal from Admiral and the premium has increased over £120 from last year. I have renewed with Aviva and saved £20 on last years premium. Result.

The multicar thing is so cheap when you first go for it, so I expect that the renewal will definitely go up, but for this year I am a very happy man

Admiral multicar was the best price I could find too. Bearing in mind I only have 2 years of UK ncb, I was quite pleased to get the coupe and skoda fabia insured for a grand.

Multicar works out loads cheaper for me too. Rediculously cheaper compared to every other "normal" qoute ive ever had.

I'm with Admiral multi car too, since the 1st May this year. It was about 260 for the coop but it came down when I added another car and came down again when I added a third. I think it's 245 or somewhere in that region for the coop.

I used Confused com to find my insurer and in 2008 Admiral were best with 'More Than' a close second. Then in 2009 it was 'More Than' than followed by Admiral. Now in 2010 it's back to Admiral rolleyes

It was a joke for me, they wanted £800 for the coupe and £1600 for the tuscan.

My Admiral multicar renewal had increased by £120. I took two seperate policies with Aviva and was quoted £120 less. The insurance cost me the same this year as last both with protected no claims. I think the secret is to shop around.

Admiral MC:

Coupe = £176!
996TT = £470!!

Both fully comp and with just one lot of no claims which they allowed me to split. These guys rock. I can also confirm (most importantly) that in the event of a claim they are helpful, friendly, sympathetic and swift (someone drove into my old Toledo a couple of years ago). No brainer.

Admiral won't touch a coupe that's modified though, however small the mod. Put on a strutbrace and they don't want to know.

I've got 3 cars with multicar for under £600 which no-one else can get near...

Had them for 2 years now, but last year they did try and sting me for an increase of well over £100....went back on their own website and got a big reduction .... 10% off online quotes (even for existing customers)... still had to go through it all on the phone, but saved me plenty (worked out at more than 10% for whatever reason!!)

I had 3 cars with Admiral last year for £900. This year they wanted £1600 crazy

The worst was my GF's Panda 100HP. They wanted £550, so we went elsewhere for that one. After some Meerkat Comparison, Admiral were the cheapest of anyone for my Boxster, and quite good for the Coupe. One advantage is that they would allow the same NCD on both cars. When calling around other companies, they would only apply the NCD to one car. So I stuck with Admiral for my 2 cars, even though I could have got a few quid off the Coupe elsewhere.

Admiral multicar renewal this year came through at £770 (for 3 cars), compared to £650 last year.

Being less than chuffed, did a quote in wife's name - identical details - £550 to you madam! They then said that she couldn't take out the policy in her name without cancelling the existing one (even though she was trying to start the new one when the existing one ended....)

There again, think she was speaking to a pillock, as she was trying to refuse me my 10 years no claims on both cars, even though I'd had seperate insurance with seperate no claims from them for last 2 years crazy

Anyway they agreed to price match themselves in my name! Apparently they weren't trying to con an existing customer, it's just that their quotes get regularly updated and that is why it was over 30% cheaper.... yeah right!
