Greetings,

I've had my kappa's installed for a few years now, Pic of the speakers , but the tweeters are sat on top of the dash. Is it possible to fit the tweeters in the area where the original Fiat tweeters are situated?

Cheers!

Tim.

Do you mean this one ?

I want my tweeters to be completely hidden, as per the original Fiat fitment - main reason is cosmetic as the grilles on the kappas are silver, the other reason is that both grilles are dinted rolleyes

your have to remove the dash tweeters, then cut out the old tweeter, then use a hot glue gun to bond the new ones onto place

I managed to fix the tweeters to the underside of the OEM grilles with a bit of careful drilling of the plastic mouldings and some bag ties. I had to disassemble the grilles to do it without damage, but its not too bad.

I'm sure this is not the best solution for acoustics, but it works, and should I get rid of the coupe I'll be able to re-install the OEM rubbish.
