I just bought set of Powerflex bushes. And when I tried to fit them I was surprised. They came on the wishbone too easily,by hand.I am not sure what to do.This set of bushes is ,I think, for 21.3 mm wishbone centre pin.Since its not easy for me to change this set for the other one i am thinking to make a replacement for centre sleeve. What do you think of this?

You need to speak to Powerflex - they should be able to send you a couple of centre sleeves to fit your wishbones. Are your wishbones OE fiat or aftermarket. There are notes in the kit that says its common for non OE wishbones to be a slightly different size to normal.

iirc they should be able to be put on with no need for any hydrolic presses, the kit will fit the oem wishbones but it they are non oem they will need different sleeves. I cant remember which one it the smaller one.

My wishbones are OE and their centre pin is smaller then sleeves bore.So when i fit them (by hand) on the wishbones they are too loose.

by loose, are they really loose i.e have a large gap between those and the wishbone?
they are also supposed to be fitted using a retaining compound so they they do not come off.

They are 0.5 mm loose aprox. They come easy on and off the wishbone. Are they supposed to rotate easily arond wishbone center pin or they should rotate around sleeves?

personally i dont think 0.5mm is much, if you use a retaining compound that will keep the sleeves in place on the wish bone (dont use thread lock as it will not be strong enough) you will need somthing like Loctite

you're kidding - 0.5mm at the wishbone pivot will transpose into several mm of fore and aft wheel movement and an awful lot of toe variation

Someting is definitely wrong - the polybush should be a press fit on the wishbone
