they're not working on the bank holiday Friday, I don't know if they are open on the Sat (they normally work 9-12) so really it all depends if they can get the car repaired and I can either collect it on the thursday or saturday. I'll give you an update Ross as to whether i'll be able to get the car at the end of the week otherwise it's likely to be stuck in the bodyshop

No, that's pycombe! A couple of miles south at the foot of the a23 off the roundabout where the dual carraigeway ends!

No, I tried to do the Pycombe one, this is def the one just beyond (south) of the A27 Flyover on the A23. I don't know which brand it is though. I don't fill up there, it's too expensive. I use the ASDA just up at Holllingbury just off the A27 when I'm in the area.

Just an Official Event update:
Arrival at Hop Oast Park and Ride as per link 11.15 - 11.30am
Leave in convoy to Horshan Town Centre with all other makes at 11.45am - Grouped by make and model
Enter the Carfax for about 12.00 - park up probably in the central area (T.B.D.) if were lucky next to the Super Cars, who knows? Maybe just wishful thinking.
Leave the cars parked up till 3pm and enjoy the festival of Italia.

If you can make it to the area an hour earlier for 10.30 all the Alfa boys will be meeting up at Rusper Alfa and surrounding parking + the Star Pub car park. If you don't think you'll make it in time, please don't get lost, just head for Hop Oast and we'll meet you there. I'll be leaving to meet you there for 11.15am.
I hope the weather lets up to give us a chance to clean our cars Here's hoping

2 options, meet at the petrol station at the foot of mill road at 10, to drive to the meet at the Alfa dealership, or meet at 10.30 and drive straight to the park and ride meeting point. 10am is a nice civilised time for a bank holiday weekend so happy to suggest that time, providing you can make it?

Yellafella, glad to have you onboard More the merrier, get in contact with the other guys meeting at the petrol station on the edge of Brighton and join their mini convoy

As for the quickest route, go all the way up the A23 to Pease Pottage and take the A264 turn off, follow thw A264 down the hill going over over a mini/medium round about, turn left at the bottom towards Horsham on A264, at the next R.about (Faygate) take 3rd exit to Faygate/Rusper, mind the road humps I can get over them on Eibachs, and follow the road and signs till you reach Rusper. The Star pub will be on your left, their wil be parking in their car park and the surrounding road. Please note this is a busy bit of road and parking will be an issue! So please park consideratly There were over 50 Alfas up there last year, and it caused gridlock! So be warned.

Spoke to the bodyshop this afternoon.

apparently the coop has been repaired and sprayed and the scratch at the rear polished out.

Picking up on the car on saturday, so as long as they haven't botched it up and i've got a lip half moon grey and half vinci grey then it's looking good for the event

I'm up for 10am too, will confirm once I've seen the car.

Drove down from Bristol in the pouring rain yesterday, this morning looks like a seagull has emptied it's post curry stomach all over it, looked cleaner before I washed and polished it on Thursday. Moan moan mutter mutter!
