hi guys,

need to get the NA project coupe lifted and shifted from Kenilworth to Wolves to have some TLC before i put her back on the road again tongue

any ideas or if anyone knows anyone who does a nice price...

Had the AA out and they hit with there Ts and Cs -

My car aint taxed - due to imminent VIC check - so they consider it outside there remit to shift it... rolleyes

If it helps I looked into prices when I had my car transported.

I got a rate of about £1 a mile (for each mile the car is on the transporter- not both ways) which worked out OK.

Trailer hire was about £55- then add petrol and finding a car with a tow bar and there wasn't much in it for the 150 miles my car had to come.

I think I found the transport co. on eBay but he was local to me.

Paul at Motormech has a chappie that he uses for moving cars - I've used him - very reliable and reasonable prices (50p/mile)
