Taz, I fell in love with the car because of the Pearl White finish... But then, here in KL, Pearl White is quite common... I have to 'stand out' from the rest by painting the car in a different color...

Oh. My. God.

You. Hacked. A. Pearly. White.

Do you KNOW how rare those are? Maybe not so over there?

Awesome car by the way - amazing quality!

Thanks MrPoppins...

Boosted7, Back then in the 2002 when it was still new, around MYR190,000... now for second hand, u can get around MYR65,000

Yeah, our car prices are damn high because of tax... A mini Cooper S will set u back MYR240k, Golf GTi MkV MYR200k...

If dollar to dollar basis, 200k pound can get u a couple of porsches LOL

I'm not much into my visual modding (preferring to stick to performance-enhancements).

However, I have to say that this is by FAR the best-executed body customisation of a Coupe I've ever seen. Fit and finish is at factory standards (better, actually) and the details is staggering.

However, above all, the paint has got me thinking - my car will be in for paint in the next couple of months - its already Sprint Blue, so I'm wondering how mine would look in the same colour as yours - its utterly gorgeous

Well done laugh

Too much man nigel... but thanks...

If u are already in blue hue, why not change into other color?... Initially i wanted to paint the Reventon color - matte brown Marrone Opus...

I really love how the whole car has been redesigned. It is not just a new bumper which would look totally out of place. Just brilliant how the car has been given a chissled angular look through the vents, skirts etc. Similar to a modern lambo.

looking at the bonnet and grill on yours im thinking that a Fiat coupe could also be modelled on an Aston Martin.

Well, I opened this expecting to hate it, particularly as it was Pearl White to begin with! But, spoiler aside, I think it's excellent. I think the vaguely Lambo'ish lines of the additions front and rear compliment the rest of the coupe nicely.

Personally, I'd have left it Pearl White, but that's 'cos they are as rare as hens teeth over here. Have you colour matched the interior pieces?

Well that's certainly different! Initial thought was 'he ruined a perfect pearl white plus!'. But have to say the quality of the work looks superb and apart from the spoiler it doesn't look overstyled at all. I love the colour, very unique! I'm not too fond of the black wheels though, think they might have looked better in that grey colour you also used for the light pods and the spoiler (kinda like the LE I suppose, but more modern).

Well the inner panels have been painted metallic dark grey like on rear diffuser, side vents, rear spoiler, and sidem mirrors... apart from that, standard 20VT+ specs... No plans to touch anything, ever...

Just Scotchbrite yours Nigel, effect will be the same!

Must say, the paint does look fantastic. That satin/matt finish is quote a popular new trend. Wonder how easy it is to clean a greasy pawprint off though!

Well done Carbonara,

nice to see someone not scared to hack the front end up a bit.

There's a lot to be said for individuality thumb

This is how it should have come out of Torino!

It looks ok, i personally preffer the zender or LE kits, but it looks to have been done to a great standard... For some reason it looks like a new style vauxhall ??? Dunno why but it just makes me think of that...

Honestly, this is the best kit I've seen on a coupe, you wouldn't struggle to find buyers !

that is stunning looking, looooove the paint!! front bumper and grills look amazing, wouldn't look out of place as a concept car at the Frankfurt motor show wink quality of finish looks excellent. well done. But, something just not quite right where the fog lights have been covered in though, I mean it is done really well and flows into the bumper nicely but not sure if it works with the lines of the bonnet, can't quite put my finger on it

Wow I think that looks great. As above I don't think there would be a problem finding a market for a kit like this. It'd be a good alternative to the tried and tested LE/ Zender / PUI kits.

I agree with JimO, after looking at your pics my Coupe looks very dated and would be interested in this kit if it were available. The rear bumper is very much like a PIU but smoothed out and obviously with a diffusor.

Yes mate.. Nice bodykit, but I see a few problems..

1. Bodykit need a new bonnet.. (expensixe)
2. You do not have fog lights and front indicators..
3. You can't fit the undertray straight..
4. You can't fit the front foam straight probably..
5. Where is the tail pipe ? smile

I really like front wings and rear bumper.. I'm not fan of the boot spoiler.. smile

it could be slightly modded keep the oe bonnet and fogs n lights and make a new grill for the front and i presume the tail pipes are in the center of the bumper custom exhaust laugh or a tail pipe in the diffuser
