You'll probably find you are closer to 350 bhp once you've got 3" exhaust! I've got 305 at 1.2 bar, tho car is now running 1.45 so don't know exact figures?? NICK...

i think the original exhaust manifold is really bad and make high temp on 4 cylinder exhaust valves.and i will try to do one in inox whith 40mm or 42mm tubes that joined in 3.5" inox tube before the t3 flange maybe it will give me more power in high RPM and more 10 hp.i hope so whith the exhaust full 3" from downpipe to back muffler exhaust.i think if you hade 305hp at 1.2b now you should have around 335hp +/- 5 hp approx and a lot of torque more!!!which turbo are you runing whith?

I'm running t34 cosworth turbo but with the standard 48 ar exhaust side! Which is becomin restrictive i think... But i'm happy for the time being as there is very little lag! 335 would be a nice figure to get to, will be back on the dyno within the month hopefully! I have tubular manifold but i think i may aswell have just ported the standard one, as i now believe it would not have been a restriction!? Nick....

i think the original one is restriction passed 300hp!!!and is really not good for 4 th cylinder(hot temp).which manifold do you have?do you have picture of it?it's an essential part to free power!!whith a/r 63 it' a bit lagy(full boost at 4500 rpm) but it have displaced the power pick from 5650rpm to 6000 rpm whith no reprog on my car!!i think whith a 3" exhaust and tub manifold(of good quality)it may displaced the power pik at 6500 rpm whith no reprog.whith a/r 48 becarreful to the exhaust temperature at high RPM it can bee really warm!!980 or more degrés...
i hope make a good manifold whith 42mm size(most of the tubular manifold are in 38mm size).will see.tell me when you go at dyno!!

you must speek about what show bigbies whith is flow test about the sciara manifold!!wee really can see that the bad flows are when the tubes are not straigt but when they are round it's a physical low i think.thats wy a im studing to do a manifold whith a specific look and big 42mm tube size.wee will see!!i hope to make somthing verry flow liberator and free!!

Personally I think you'll make closer to 350 bhp with your new mods, and around 330 ft lb?! Obviously with right map!
You've now got better tubular manifold than me, 3" exhaust is larger than mine and your turbo will prob make a little more top end power than my t3 super 60...... And I made 305 at just 1.2 bar! With compressions!

I'm hoping to make 340 when car has been rebuilt next week... Hopefully just my rings will need changin, fingers crossed!

the exhaust cam, the exhaust cam..
you have to adjust the cams a little or better way, chance the cams to N/A model ones..
like I said, hopefully I see better results than 342hp that is best yet, with standard cams that I know.
( and it had already headwork done )

and one more thing, different RR places also..
some place could be 320hp and another one is 340hp.. who knows

some man tell me that the exhaust cam on the thema style 2 is beter than the coupé one.do you now something about that?

N/A is : 9.57mm and 239 degree

20g is also, so much slower compressor, that I left that out of the question..
but 20g is better than 18g, what I think

i didn't see it for the moment(just look at the road and focus to keep the right way!!LOL).1.4b or 1.5b constant from 4250 to 7200 rpm.but i did this vids whith frend which is 95 kilogrammes and my tool bag in the back which is 20 kgrs.so i will make a new vid whith my 16v NA cams at intake camschaft and intake t16v camschaft in exhaust,alone,and whith new tires and without my tool bag!!so it will be faster!and if the pressure is 1.4b i will put 1.5b!!i must have almost 330 or 340 moto HP with(9.57mm and 8.3mm) camschafts in the car.i hope so!!
