Personally I think you'll make closer to 350 bhp with your new mods, and around 330 ft lb?! Obviously with right map! You've now got better tubular manifold than me, 3" exhaust is larger than mine and your turbo will prob make a little more top end power than my t3 super 60...... And I made 305 at just 1.2 bar! With compressions!
I'm hoping to make 340 when car has been rebuilt next week... Hopefully just my rings will need changin, fingers crossed!
i hope for you it will be just the rings.thanks for the informaations.350 bhp would be to much at 1.4b if i have this!!i will low the pressure to have 330hp i think to keep my motor just alive!!(150000 kms..).305hp is a really good result whith a trim60 you should have a really good remap!!!!cool!!!and you have bad compressions so you will reach a big power!!
I also had tubular manifold 3" exhaust etc etc.. when I make my 325@1.4bar and garrett gt40 turbo the exhaust cam, the exhaust cam.. you have to adjust the cams a little or better way, chance the cams to N/A model ones.. like I said, hopefully I see better results than 342hp that is best yet, with standard cams that I know. ( and it had already headwork done )
and one more thing, different RR places also.. some place could be 320hp and another one is 340hp.. who knows

TDo5hr 16g-6 10.5t from evo 9 ( better compressor housing, than evo 4-8 models, it flows much more and better wastegate ) I also have at home titanium turbine wheel/ shaft that goes on that turbo, will make even better spooling its 33% lighter than the inconel version ( the current version ) there is no use to chance 18g compressor, it will not make a difference. 20g is also, so much slower compressor, that I left that out of the question.. but 20g is better than 18g, what I think
