Spotted a Silver Coop yesterday on the Rhuddlan by-pass around 5pm heading into Rhyl.
Then again around 7.15 I was coming back from the sports centre and saw it coming out of Rhyl again on the fly-over, with what I can only describe as a tree sticking out of the boot!

Second spot - giving an Astra Gsi a lesson - wasen't even going that way

Tree coming out of the boot
Got me stumped

Giles how you doing, have you been in Recluse? Blimey your coupe must be super reliable, most of us have to post in the technical problems at least once a month
Ah wait - the world cup has been on hasn't it, no wonder we haven't seen you

Well, Hi there Giles!

First spot I actually saw you on the st asaph dual carriageway as I was coming out of bodelwyddan and you were about 12 cars in front, I managed to get so as there was just the Peugeot in between but he was being a c0ck and wouldn't budge so I couldn't give you a proper wave!!

Saw two today, of all days, when I'm in a Mondeo courtesy car.

Saw an S reg Sprint Blue one on the Wrexham bypass(A483) heading towards Chirk/Oswestry around 4.30 pm ish.

Then saw a W reg dark blue one on the Chester Road, heading towards Acton in Wrexham about 5pm ish

I haven't seen any around for a while and then the day after I crash mine, I see two

They both looked lovely though and are my top two favourite colours

Apotted another yellow one, much cleaner than mine though!
Around 8am heading Eastbound on the A55. I did flash but it looked like he was tuning the radio/changing the cd/putting a fag out so he didn't notice me, even though we passed just either side of the central barrier...

Took my Coupe to Cineworld in Llandudno Junction last Thursday (3rd August) - driving back to Anglesey about half ten that night, spotted a dark blue Coupe parked in a lay by near to the Penmaenbach tunnel. Was that you??!!

Sorry if you had broken down & I didn't stop [going too fast! ; )], as my passenger was convinced that was the case being that it was a Fiat! I had to explain to her the difference between the Pininfarina crafted car & the other 'run-of-the-mill' models, but she started to fall asleep. She'll come round to being a believer eventually! She has actually spotted a yellow Coupe down in Pen Llyn (Pwllheli) - not sure if it was local or a tourist. She also concedes that the 20v Turbo is 'very fast'. Hello!? I know - that's why I bought it!!

I was on a tour of North Wales last week on my week off, Pwllheli, Betws Y Coed, Bala etc so it may have been me in my Yellow Coop. If I was bedraggled and wet looking, and following by a Landy with a 'noo on the roof, it was more than likely me

If not, Hi anyways!! Croeso i fccuk!

Give up Plebbers, 'cnot' isn't a word and the rest makes absolutely no grammatical sense!
...You really can't use on-line dictionary's for translating whole sentences hun!

What was it you're actually trying to say??????

In English??

Diolch am y croeso Pinin a Misstressmania! Translation (for visitors): Ta for the welcome!

As for the above - was 'cnot' a typo KP??!! It sounds like a very familiar word often used in the Caernarfon area!!!!

She spotted the yellow coop a while back, but if you are a regular visitor to that area it could well have been you!! I'll ask her later for more details...

I've also seen a Sprint Blue Turbo on the A55 in recent months - near Abergele, travelling West. A few months ago, I also saw a middle aged gentleman with a very nice LE filling up in Black Cat Services (Llandudno Junction) - the home of cheap Optimax!

Since the beginning of the year I have seen a few Coupes on Anglesey / Bangor area, including:

- an Ink Black Turbo travelling down the slip road towards Tesco Bangor

- a Portofino Blue 20V parked in Tesco Bangor car park on a regular basis

- a modified Protofino Blue 20V Turbo parked outside Bennetts' Electrical Superstore (staff member) - seems to have been replaced by a modified new Beetle recently

- a Scotts Green 20V Turbo, heavily modified, in Bangor (Tesco (again!) and Halfords

- a red P plater in Holyhead (I passed you when I was working there in the Spring!)

- another red one on the A55 heading towards Holyhead

- yet another red one (20V P plater) that was being sprayed by my friend Alan Buses in his bodyshop in Mona. (That was for sale & I took some photos. Nice standard example with black leather/air). I have seen four red coupes on Anglesey - including my own turbo model!

- an immaculate late model 20V in Scotts Green on a private plate (A** OEM) that I see regularly around Llangefni, and got a wave. I think he is a club member too - pa hwyl syr!
