Paul at Motormech needs a rough idea on how many people are going to his garage as he is going to do a few nibbles? The garage is across the road from the Bullring shopping centre.

We must all do our part for the planet.
I unplugged a row of electric cars that nobody was using.
I even unplugged my own.

We are going to the BullRing (apparently -I'm told )
Seriously, it will be good to visit Paul at Motormech and not worry about his bill
(Suspect the Bullring might cost more though!!)

Yes be warned - the wife takes her revenge on any work on my LE by spending the same in the Bullring 200 metres away!!!........

I'm working that weekend so cannot attend but can reccomend both Paul and Cosford - was there last week with my lads and had a great (free!!) day out! Brilliant Museum...

Bob,

Will the Friday evening meal be timed to accommodate those who might be coming some distance after work on Friday evening?

8-ish should give time to check in and then get to wherever. Depends on the M6 to some extent, of course!

I am at the track beforehand but agree a late arrangement is probably a good idea!

Well that went rather well didn't it.

Fantastic event at the track on the Friday, everyone getting lost on Saturday and a great day at Gaydon on Sunday.

Ok so the Hotel wasn't as plush as I had expected. But I suppose that I probably expect a little too much from a Hotel where we paid budget level prices. Bar prices were reasonable though and some of us made really good use of those wink

I suppose we will have to start planning Christmas / winter events now shocked laugh

Crackin' day at Auto Italia, big turnout of coupes, counted at least 40, some STUNNING cars there, cool to chat to the Ferrari owners as well. A really nice bunch of coupe owners as always, unlike the recent '106 gti club members' meeting i went to with a few mates haha, chav central laugh oh dear! Thanks to bob for organising and pete for the cheap tickets and 'sat nav tip'! i left early to go to a m8s bbq, had a nice flyby by 3 ferrari's and one maserati on the m6 heading the same way

cool

Yes please do start planning those events!

I thought it was very good and extremely funny getting Mr Begbie plastered though seeing the bill today it was not a cheap exercise shocked

Would of been really painful if the bar was pricey.
