just wondering really what people think of the fk coilovers?
i went in a mk2 golf setup on the basic fk coilovers and it was so bloody hard i couldn#'t belive it i thought the suspension was gone.
i am used to very hard suspension as all my cars have been setup on coilovers but these seamed very brutal.

what do you guys think of them on coops and how well do they handle on them?
its a daily driver but i am used to hard suspension.

might look at a fk high line kit?

i must admit i wasn't impressed with the golf and they respond well to any uprated suspension.
i think i will avoid them then.

I have FK highsport coilovers on my coop and i like them. I like a firm ride and it handles much better.

The thing is you can't go that low on the coupe without problems, Im only around 40mm and my downpipe hits now and again not that id want to go much lower because low low handles bad on coutry roads

on smooth roads these seem ok but sooo crashy on bumpy roads.. i am not convinced but we have alot of uneven surfaces here.. the kit on mine is the highline kit and has done around 15,000 miles.. i have literally been airbourne a couple of times and wasnt driving like a numpty to deserve the less than confidence inspiring result.. suffice to say the teeth are all intact just!!

Get yourself a set of bravo top mounts with the big chunky rubber bits in and you'll find it very much improves the FK's (that's what KW use)
