magicsy - Completely off topic, but do you have a larger pic of your sig pic? Looks good, wouldn't mind a closer look. As for debadging, I understand why you would want to do it, but I think it looks like the car has lost its nose! cheers mate 3rd or 4th to ask now i think Here Go! Though i would mention similar pic is on the Top Ten coops thread Here. Vote for me no. 36 lol.

Best way to do it and cost effective is to use fibre glass, then filler, the soft mask around the area, spray, colour sand so its blended, then your done, may do a write up on things like this, so long as your patient ad have some time its easier this way and more full filling when you do a nice job by yourself, well i think so anyways.

What camera did you use? Photoshop'd? Colour code the badge! Not keen on your wheels - just my opinion though. Don't remember them being on your old sig pic ??

Its the cow and calf in yorkshire, camera is a 450D Canon with a good lens off the old man. Not all the car is clean however i had a shammi to wipe off excess dirt, once polished before setting off require very little to bring shine back.. notice window had some muck on a missed lol. Wheels are Stilo Abarth Schumacher Claws, very rare to get hold of now. been trying for a long time. Oh they have Scorpion Abarth Centres too!! Only photoshpping is to shapen the image using standard sharpen filter. All photo's require this.

I might make my badge steel grey or black I kinda like the debadged look but from some angles my coop looks kinda cross-eyed! My LE is debadged and I wanted to put this black one on it. But seeing as the badge area has been filled in on the bonnet, the badge sits too high and it looks crap!

By the way, have you seen that you can get the rear badge in black/crome which would match your new front badge nicely...
daithi28 could you sand down the underside of the badge to make it sit lower down?

Don't do it! Are you ashamed that it's a Fiat or something? IMO taking the badge off is as bad as those people who put Ferrari badges on coops - it's like disguising what it really is I've done it recently and I like it more and so do others when pointing out the front looks different. When someone ask's if it was my car and what is it, I always tell them it's only a Fiat. People give me the oddest look ever (normally the columbo look). I've still got the 20vt badges but I was even tempted to leave them off as they look a little chavy to me. If you want to do it then do it but if your doing it for the wrong reasons then your just kidding yourselves at the end of the day.
