I havent posted for a while but I lurk occasionally. I have now had my coupe for nearly three years and I'm considering selling. I'm a bit tempted by the terrible market causing a price crash for big saloons at the moment, and could do with something a bit more practical. Like an RS6 \:D

Anyhow - I'd welcome some thought on the value of my car. Here is the rough spec

Coupe 20VT LE
All the usual LE stuff - full leather Recaros etc.
1998 S
Black
82000
FSH - last two by Motor Mech
Minor mods by previous owner: Chip,Pace FMIC, dump valve
Blue Flame SS exhaust

Body condition is very good but not excellent - a few dimples in doors.

It is booked in for a service at MM next week and I will also be having the belts done and the front discs and pads replaced - £6-700 worth of work. I will also then have it MOTd

So what do you reckon I should ask - Black LE with great history, just serviced, belts just done, years MOT

All comments appreciated!

£5k if you're in no rush.
£4k if you're in a rush.

Black ones are pretty rare though so it may go quicker, or you could whack an extra £500 on and see what happens \:\)

In today's market I think you'd be lucky to get £3500.

Thanks for all the replies. As indicated the market is pretty rubbish. There is a similar black LE on Ebay which hasnt made it's £3K starting bid so far
