A very nice display of Coupes and excellent pics. The Renault Alpine club has had a stand there in the past. Not sure why we've not done so for the past couple of years. Would have liked to have gone and had a look, but it clashed with our tour of Wales this weekend.

Thanks to everyone who attended and helped to make this such a success.

The weather was compared with the forecast with no rain whatsoever on the Saturday.

Thanks to Taffy and TrevM for the use of their gazebo on both days - essential and something I hope the Club will consider investing in for the various areas.

As this was the first Club Stand that I was responsible for, my intention was to keep it simple and hopefully evolve along the way. Getting second place in the Highly Commended Club Stand Section was a bonus, topped only by TrevM's Best Coupe award.

Good weather (mostly), excellent company and good fun - what more could you ask?

It looks like this was a fantastic event

I particularly like the group photos behind the banner, and also the shot of Craig in his club shirt

This event is exactly what the club was hoping to see by appointing club regional reps, it is great to see the club being represented at regional car events / shows.

It is hoped that the club will have funds to support the purchase of gazebos for all of the club regional reps next year.

Anyhow well done Craig, see you at the AGM

Thanks Bob but I really can't take any credit for the weekend as everyone who attended played their part in making it such a success.

The Club Stand itself will evolve for future Shows even though we got a Highly Commended Award at this one.

I've spoken to the Organisers earlier this evening to thank them for such a warm, professional welcome and they've confirmed our invites for next years 2 Shows at Tatton, based on how the Club Stand was recieved this weekend.

Next big one for me will be Cars In The Park at Leeds in October which although smaller, should still be a cracker with the backdrop of Harewood House.
