Was driving home through Tudhoe tonight, when I had the unfortunate experience of witnessing a young boy being knocked down by the car in front of me.
Nothing the driver in front could have done, as the lad just ran straight out in front of her.

Luckily although he had a few nasty cuts and bruises, he seemed to have escaped any serious injury.

Anyway, the police arrived and I was asked to give a statement.
So the policeman asks if that was my Fiat Coupe and then as he's taking my details he asks if it's the 20v turbo - I was impressed that he knew something about the cars.

At the end of the statement he tells me that he has a Porto 20vt himself, with full Zender kit. Although it's off the road at the moment as he's ran a main bearing on it. Apparently he also used to come on the forum fairly regularly a few years ago.

Anyway, still can't get the picture out of my mind of the lad flying through the air after being knocked over.
I got home and gave my little boy a long talk about road safety and a very big hug.

P reg Blitz blue 16vt in the blue multi-storey at the metro-centre around 12pm.

Then saw a T reg Porto 20vt also in the blue car park, (in the outside part), around 3:30pm.

Scotts green 20vt at the top end of north road in darlington today around 3.15pm

Fair enough I asked partly because I only know of 2 Scots greens in Darlo but they're both n/a (of course you'd have recognised my old one) and partly because you clocked me incorrectly (alledgedly ) spotting the red one in Ingleton (have been back a few times to check but not seen it yet).

Silver/Moon grey parked near the Cluny in Newcastle Sat about 8pm. Only saw it in my rear view mirror hence hazy on the details. Anyone on here? Mine was parked 50 yards away round the corner for most of the day.

Dark grey LE parked up in Somerfield's car-park in Ryton just after 6 this evening. Looked very smart, with alloy rear light surrounds.
