i had owned a driven my previous car, 380bhp celica gt4 on L-plates for a year (i can hear your dis-belife!!) \:D
I had one 50/50 accident, no witness, so no grounds for me to back up my claim \:\(
do i have a years no claims even though i had a 50/50
and if so is it transferable to the insurance i'll be getting on my 20vt coupe????

Hi as far as I know, a 50/50 is still classed as a fault claim, as the part of the claim your insurer settled is seen as a loss on their part so to answer your question you will not be entitled to any no claims bonus \:mad\: sorry!

Whether or not you have 1 year's no claims depends on whether you made a claim or not.

Having an accident or who was to blame is irrelevant - did you claim off your insurance, either to pay for your own damage or to pay for the damage of the other party?

Dear monos, a secret truth.

never mind, as i say... only £160 difference if i had it or not.
