just been quoted this for a second alarm fob already got one but its very yukky and old.Got the red and 2 blue keys but the fobs nasty.Is this what you usually pay?

There is a TVR specialist that does them cheaper I believe, cannot remember but try googling around for META TVR.

Hmm if you can get a pic up we can see. I had two new fobs made for mine for around £100 I think and that was with no existing fobs so the whole lot had to be re coded.

I can heartily recommend abacus alarms. I had the old rectangular fobs. They made me up one of the (newer) round meta fobs for £40 delivered. They just needed the code from my red card that came with the keys. Amazingly my car still had the card. http://www.abacusalarms.co.uk

after talking to many people it seems to be a genuine fiat part at £119 plus vat each part number 46305528 but what about this i found http://www.abacusalarms.co.uk/alarms/meta/meta-m20.htmlwill this do the job ie when the central locking is activated does the alarm also activate? may try abacus to see if they can get me two new fobs keep you posted

i'm sure the rectangular fob cases are impossible to get hold of now, i tried abacus alarms but went for the round one for 40 squid as mentioned above - much better though, the button doesnt wear away and its much more hard wearing!

"The product you are trying to view no longer exists in our database!" sent an email asking about the fobs and the central locking replacement relay alarm fob. they dont do either any more in fact i didnt get anywhere with them, pity they could off got some work from the amount of people wanting replacement fobs.

going to revamp this post as i have got the picture of the fob it has been listed on ebay (i missed the auction) can anyone throw anylight on a replacement fob that works with or like this one ? click
