Can you guys not join in the Anglesey meet Cowboy is trying to organise for the 1st July??? I'm hoping to come down from Scotland for a couple of days to see the sights and neck a few beers. Would be good to meet a few more faces.

The reality is, it is easier to get to Manchester, Liverpool, Blackpool etc. than North Wales, due to the rubbish road links between North and South Wales. They are indeed two different countries.


This being said, as a South Walian, I love North Wales, I'm going for a break there in October. Gotta love those "Sun £9.50 holidays"

Well guys, it was a blast...again.

Thanks for the kind words regarding Castle Bingo. I don't actually work there, but in another branch. Thanks a lot to Anthony (Castle Nantgarw GM) for his hospitality. He's a bit of a petrol head and had expressed his interest in the coop before, so I guess it was nice for him, even though he didn't have a chance to nose around our cars because of the rain.


The 4X4 coupe ( - YES YOU READ RIGHT, the only on in the UK, probably) was SO WIERD, and very interesting (See Pic of the FiaLanciaOda Romeo Engine), Shame about the ink black back end . About time the whole thing was sprayed yellow.

Strange to see Goose riding shotgun with Benny, but Goose'll be back with another Monster Coop. Benny was fastest of us all. Craig was rapid, but left early. That left my Standard 20VT coop as a the 2nd fastest (LOL, as Goose would say)

Great day...we got lost (I got more lost on the way home (shouldn't have looked at Coupe-Integrale's map)) but generally, we all enjoyed, pretty much following the path set by Genic on the last S Wales meet.

Gonna have to have another one, possibly a different route this time (I'm liking Afan Valley, to Rhondda). So.... August, or September?

im gutted i missed out again i sprung a bad water leak the night before and only repaired it yesterday after my girlfriend breaking down yesterday in cardiff on the road works on m4

yeah wasnt bad but i was yawning coming to the end!

How hard were you trying coming off the A470 round abouts on the way home benny?

I was trying pretty hard but short shifting as i'm still paranoid about my new car going pop
