Just wandering if anyone has put darker or LE wheels on a portofino blue coop. Going to refurb my wheels and unsure whether to go darker. Tried photoshop to get an idea but seeing them properly on a coop would be better. Anyone got any pics?! Cheers all. Dave

Mmmm nice. Was thinking about bigger wheels but saw a pic of a lowered LE and this made me decide to keep the standard rims but maybe go darker. @cosmograph. The main reason I was thinking of going darker was that my wheels need refurbing anyway and after seeing darker wheels in my eye they show off the curves better than the standard alloy colour even when polished. Suppose it's down to personal choise aswell. If I didn't go darker I would get them mirror polished but my wheels aren't in good enough condition to do this. Dave

Sorry, but I'm with Cosmo on this one. I refurbed mine last year with Simoniz alloy wheel paint which isn't quite as bright as the original and it contrasted well with the body colour, but I think dark colours detract from the attractiveness of clean wheels.
