Hi Everyone at FCCUK Forum!,

I'm Jamie & had a few hundred posts on the 'old' forum with the same username, a few will remember me! ;\)

I had two coops, an electric blue plus & a superb Broom yellow 20VT that I brought of Ijaz & sold to Ian 'Bezzer' - say hi if your still on here!. THE best colour :D, hope it's still on the road! - I still think that dash boost gauge I fitted was a superb job!

I sold up to pay off my credit card debt, which I have now done, but after converting to two wheels, owning a 'boring' Nissan Primera! & a total disaster with a Nissan 200SX S13 I have realised my love affair with the coop has not diminished & I want another one!.

Unfortuatly, there will be no LE's or Plus's, or hi spec late 20Vt's! °\( as this time I really AM restricted to quite a low budget! - I will post on the 'wanted' section with my needs in a bit!.

I have had a quick shuft at whats on offer - yes I have seen your's Ijaz - & yes I want it!, but it's a fair whack out my price range unfortunatly.

I was thinking of playing safe & getting a V6 Cougar as they are becoming a good used bargan & will only cost me £350 to insure F/C, but for not much more I can have another coop!.

Right I want a load of replies from everyone telling me to get another one! - shall I or not....?

Jamie

Yes but as you know the mission to find a good one that doesn't need a load spending on it will be a long, hazardous one..............

if you choose to accept this mission press 1 now on your keyboard

this post will self-destruct in five seconds \:D

Welcome back and stand well clear ;\)

Alright Jamie, nice to see you back. I sold my yella 6 a few weeks ago now, have moved onto a GTV V6. You can pick up 20vt's fairly cheap now, seen quite a few last few months going for around 3.5k

Ps. the Fords are horrible, if you cant stretch to a 20vt, snap up a 16vt instead ;\)

Hi Jamie, nice to have you back \:\)

I've been through a few cars since I had your Broomer and currently have a Scoob.

There are a couple of 20VTs For Sale at the moment, this one looks good and this one is very cheap \:o

Jamie's Handiwork

Good luck in your search.

Yes, well pointed out Chris!, your idea. But I didn't cheat! lol, mine was mounted in the dash with only the dial surround mounted on the dash strip - inline with the way the existing dials are fitted ;\)

If anyone can assist with me in getting a superb coop for a great price I can repay them by fitting one of these to the same standard! lol, otherwise I can fit them at a cost of £30 per hour labour HeHe.

Anyway Back to the serious point - I am today going to post in the 'wanted' section with my needs & musts!

Jamie,

I put an APB out on you a few months ago dead or alive for info on this type of fitting \:D

Good to see your back, so £30 an hour seems fair
