Apologies if it's been posted up before. Read at least 20 pages of it, if you can. It's both the most stupid act of driving, but also some of the replies had me wetting myself, I actually laughed so much a bit of wee came out! Unbelievable. And lastly, proof that an internet forum is NOT the place to disclose things that could get you in bother.

Coopless!

Very icy roads mate, front end went very light, pulled off to the left, tryied bringing it back and just ended up doing too much once it griopped again and sent me off into the tree at about 70mph...

so he has admitted to doing 120mph,in a 40mph zone when its icy? and he wonders why he crashed???what an idiot.he also admits not wearing a seatbelt, states what bit of road it was on!!
i bet he would actually be really suprised if the police turned up on his doorstep and did him for dangerous driving and charged him for damage to contryside ect ect
first class idiot and just shows you that as the price of performance cars comes down that you get w*****s like that buying them, crashing them and putting our premiums up .

i wont profess to be an angel as ive gone well over the limit myself but im not stupid enough to do 120mph in a 40mph zone especially when its icy

i saw the youtube link to the bbc report on this posted on another forum

it was 70mph btw not 120mph, apparently

be careful what you post eh guys

as i understand it the beeb and newspapers don't usually go searchign car forums for incriminating evidence, but once it's been reported on it's bound to be repeated... news appears to have been a bit slow lately ive seen some really daft articles... the correct way to wear a scalf? who the flimjibberdy cares

i also thought that paper was interesting ... 'locals have been encouraged to write down numberplates of speeding motorists and report them to the police'

awesome, i'm gonna report everyone i dislike now.

It must have been a hell of crash to put a boot on a Golf R32 (which is what the newspaper report says it is).

Dear monos, a secret truth.

Lol. Hilarious.

The news teams look for anything that is worthy of a bad story.

I think this guy is an idiot but it was his car and his life. No0one elses. At least he's going about it the right way.

I have just been through 34 pages of this.

Not sure I've laughed so much, ever.

PP, thank you. This should be hosted elsewhere, so that more view it. It is comic genius.

It looks like they banned the poor lad from the forum as well \:\) Pity the news team didn't pick up on the fact that he called pretty much everyone a cn*t. It was getting a bit Derek and Clive \:\)

He messes about the seller through slow payment, then ends up writing his car off. Then brags on a forum and is now under investigation... Am starting to believe in Karma.

Has anyone posted it to BarryBoys yet?

Like this fabulous thread here;

http://www.barryboys.co.uk/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=21454

Where the young fool tells his cruise forum about setting off a speed report camera at 70 in a 30 zone... BB's actively joined his forum, ripped the p*** and even tried to start a thread that he'd died due to injuries from a previous crash in his mother's car.

Follow all the links and enjoy alot!

Come on Waz, the biggest car thread this year and you think barryboys wouldn't have seen it yet Who do you think are the ones signing up with the funny names and posting up rather funny photoshops \:D

Still not sure I like barryboys, but you can't argue that some of the threads are some of the best comedy the interweb has to offer.

Pin - this is a classic. I can't quite believe how far this all went - It's enough to read page one and then skip to the last page tbh - once you've done that, the rest is all much more interesting seeing how it climbed the scale... ;\)

Woah! What a 'moment' for the internet and sussexcarz advertising space...

Classic as fccuk, especially the news reel! Makes reality feel a bit more real! lol

tbh I wouldn't worry too much. The police know everyone speeds, but it's probably those who do so without paying due care to the road conditions. It's more dangerous to to 70 on a motorway when you get those days where everyone is too 100. It's all relative. But if they're stupid enough to brag about it, they're probably stupid enough to do it again and again... Better get some nice points and a conviction on his licence to raise his insurance, to help motivate him to have a car they may deem more within his abilities. And hey, if another pleb has to contribute a bit more cash into the system, <Londo-ism> well, where is the harm in that, yes? </Londo-ism> ;\)

Shame the police are quoted as saying that "this WEBSITE is highly irresponsible". The website isn't to blame for anything, unless anyone thinks the thread should have been locked at birth. I thought that the (not unattractive \:# ) young lady who appeared on the news bulletin put a very cogent case forward for letting the thread run it's course.

Anyone get as far as watching this video? \:D

yeah i agree it aint the website as virtually all the other members were condemning his actions but you know what the police are like, one idiot crashes a high powered car and they group us all together.

like how he's going to buy at gts-t next, would have thought after crashing the 4wd skyline he would shy away from the rwd version \:D

I must say, I have noticed after looking through this thread how very nice we all are!!! It seems like other, more chavvy threads are filled with abuse and muppets!

I think I might start a 'Isn't FCCUK a lovely place' thread... \:\) \:#
