I'm insured with RAC Direct, as they worked out to be the cheapest insurer for me on the Coupe.

I rang them this evening, to inform them I'd changed my registration plate number.

While I was on the phone, I asked them if they insured modifications and they said yes.

Zender bodykit and K & N induction kit = £120 extra per year

They have told me to ring them tomorrow to find out about how I stand with extra premiums on a new dump valve.

No wonder people take risks and don't tell insurers about modifications

I'm with Liverpool Victoria on the Fiesta and they aren't bothered about visual mods, just as long as the engine size hasn't been increased.
Just a shame their quote for insuring the Coupe was too high

When it comes round for renewal you could contact us for a quotation as we offer modification friendly policies.

We could add the bodykit and induction kit free of charge.

If you would like to recieve a price please complete your details on our website www.greenlightinsurance.com and a figure will be e-mailed to you by return. (if you could state FCCUK under the club membership question the details will get passed to me to process as i'm the club contact)

If RAC will offer you a pro-ratta cancellation refund you could look to cancel and switch polcies mid term?

Best Regards
Neil

Cheers for that, Greenlight.

I did get a quote from yourselves when I bought the Coupe, but was too high compared to RAC's.

I will try you again though, as you might be cheaper for my Fiesta

All I wanted to know is why you typed 'wrong thread'

I thought I'd said or done something wrong or posted it in the wrong place or something.

I'm as sorry as you Sparkyman
