We should come up with our own coop specific one, mean there must be enough combined knowledge between everyone to do it? Just like everyone chip in dimensions, ideas and stuff that they got to work?

granted yeah its as u say "not that good" and "not for the coupe" but it gives u a step by step guide on what to do also with it doing that its universal so i donesn't really matter if its not for the coupe, if i had the time i would do a few myself and probably offer them on here.

yes i did read the post however the thread seems to not really be on that subject anymore, insteada comin up with ideas people are now like "yeah thata info that was supposed to be on the coupe wasnt that good" which again seems to miss the point of your post.

ive also been thinking about how to do this. fibreglass may well be the best option really, provides good rigidity and maximises space which is what you need i beleive. Also, im no expert by any means, but i think an 8" woofer is probably the best choice cosidering the small size of the enclosure. From what i understand a bigger woofer is more likely to be boomy and actually have a higher cutoff freq due to the enclosure being too small. having an 8" woofer on each side of the boot is what id like to aim for. problem is i have no idea how to use fibreglass ! looks tricky to me: http://www.cfsnet.co.uk/projects-speaker.html

how much space is 'less space' ?
i had a poke around in my boot and the space we're talking about really is quite limited, probably less than half the volume of a sub box you might usually buy.
Theres equations to work it all out... but shops dont tend to list the important specifications of the woofers (just peak watts and uselss crap like that) and also it would be difficult to work out the volume we can use in the wing.

Used an 8" sub and sounds fine loud enough to be too loud if you get my drift, can be almost un-noticeable until you turn it off then you miss it. Have a look at the pic I stuck up in 1st page doesn't intrude into boot at all and that with a big grill on it to.

i know that a sub cant be put in on the right side due to filler pipe but would an amp box fit so you could have a sub an the left amp on the right

I have a 10" sub in the boot. Sits in nice but seriously reduces the space in the boot.
