Hello guys,
My Coupé have extremly bad headlights even, they have covers nicely clear. During detail inspection I spotted burned inner reflective part of low beam projectors. In Slovakia we have company which can renew reflective part by aluminium evaporating, but after discussion with guy from company he advised me to buy new D2S/H7 projectors because even New H1 projector don't have very good light performance. I choosed D2S/H7 variant due to legality, because xenon or LED lights can cause problems during technical inspection (equivalent of MOT). Coupé have 2,5" projectors.
So I bought spare lights from crashed car for experiment and I have first results. Now I must make final version of adapter plate between original bracket and new projector and I can test them with covers.

Btw when someone have solution for cracked inner black covers feel free to write me. Because these are only destroyed parts of lights from crash. If there will be 3d model we can try 3d print it

Nice upgrade. smile Share the projectors you used if you can.

For the inner covers - use epoxy resin on the back side and/or the cracks. If used on the visible side, sand down the black covers and respray them with structured bumper spray. That's how I did them and they turned out great.
