Just a quick Query regarding declaring mods on your insurance, is a Bailey Dump Value DV26 i believe, does this have to be declared on your policy or is it classes as standard???

As far as I know, anything that didn't come fitted to the car as standard has to be declared so you will have to declare it. You may or may not have to pay extra depending on your policy.

It used to be the case that some insurers would refuse to insure you if you fitted a replacement dump-valve - Elephant were particularly bad for things like that!

A DV26 is not standard original equipment, so should be declared on your policy.
