>>> Ingliston Revival info here <<<

This is where I saw my first ever motorsport race back in the 1970's. Great to see the track being revived. smile

This looks like a great event for the club to attend.
Entry is free for Car Clubs and you get 2x complimentary entry tickets once you register your car.

I have already registered FCCUK as attending so if you are coming along then put FCCUK in the appropriate box when registering.

Track time (2x15 min sessions) is still available for £49 less 10%(£44) for FCCUK members.
The Coop just makes it in the Modern 1980 - 2000 category smile

There are also very reasonable hospitality packages available with a FCCUK discount of 10% as well.

Go and register as it is free. Register Here

I said 15 laugh When I registered the club.
The form is designed for one person to register all club cars that are attending - at the one time. I'm sure they will cope with members doing it individually laugh

Should Manage this, provided the coupe doesn't break at Knockhill next week!

I'll be along for this as a spectator, probably on Saturday. No idea if I'll be bringing family. Most likely a few friends.
For anyone casually browsing, I urge you to take a good look at the link. This event looks awesome. Great find Marko. thumb

cheers Bern, glad you can make it along. smile

JimP - dante giacosa is coming along and Poprock says he will possiby make it along as a spectator smile

I think this could turn out be a terrific annual event. I can only see it getting more popular and it would be nice for the Coupe and the club to establish a spot in the Revival's first year.

Seems like a great family day out as there is plenty entertainment for kids and non petrolheads too http://www.ingliston.co.uk/revival-meadow/

I’m not 100% sure I’ll be in the country that weekend, but if I am home I’ll pop along as a spectator.

I know the Tartan Tarmac guys are taking a selection of nice metal along (mostly Italian and German) and at least one of the Porsche clubs are having a presence.

It’s starting to look like one of the bigger, and more professional, events for our region!

Yes, a great substitution for the Hopetoun House day which fell through a couple of years back, with a bit more tart on it as well driving

Thanks to my admin manager for spotting this wave

A totaly different league to Hopetoun House I hope Simon. Mrs Lego and the legolites took no prompting to offer their attendance at the Ingliston Revival after they had a good look at the website. love
No amount of prompting or bribery would have ever got them along to the Scottish Italian car day again. suicide laugh laugh laugh

I'll bring the Club gazebo/marquee thing along to Ingliston.

Has to be said it was bordering on the stuffy, and I didn't care much for the Ferrari/Lambo sooking.

No this sounds much more like a bit of glam mixed in with the nitty-gritty rubber-burning blacktop-blistering sweaty-bum stuff laugh

Just have to organise Flea's magic to be wrought on my furry friend in time!

I doubt you will be short on Power for Ingliston or how much they will allow to be used. Not sure what modifications they have made for spectator and driver protection around the track as there were a lot of obstacles near to track edge.

I have too much power now after my Flea visit yes

I'm undecided as the track looks really small and narrow, neither of which the coupe takes to! Are there still track spaces, still quite fancy but not 100%, seen as my actuator is fubar'd it's prob not going happen. I'll let you guys know ASAP

Correcto.

Should have-o.

Standard - just hand it in on the day. Guess it saves time for them on the spot.

Just our coops then? We need to be in by 8.00 a.m. and looks like we'll be held till 6.00 p.m. (might be earlier I suppose....)

I've just tried to register for this- it wants our club webpage and twitter and Facebook?

I don't get involved in any of that stuff- what do I put?

"www.fccuk/twitter"? er...?

can't even guess facebook...

Going North on the A9
right-

I phoned Ingliston this afternoon, and was was told that I was not going to be able to speak to the person in question.

I went through the motions of describing my issues and was put on hold. I was then told that the best thing to do was to continue to try and fill it out online on the website, and that if that didn't work, they would be more than happy to help over the phone.

"happier than you are, at this point??" I almost asked

I shall add www.fiatcoupeclub.org and see if that produces a result by itself...
