Four-coupe pile-up this morning; no-one injured but possibly two coupes beyond economical repair...

Nose-tail shunt, so lots of damaged bonnets and boot floors - Two German, one Finn, one Italian.

Damn.

This whole weekend has been fantastic so far, and an absolute bargain to boot. The food alone would justify the price, every day we have a full four course lunch and dinner and the experience.... priceless.

Cannot but agree with Bob - some serious enjoyment has occurred and I'm really glad I was able to make the effort to come along and enjoy it. This is going to be something to remember...

Tonight - the gala meal; tomorrow, a trip to Fiat Mirafiori and the track... then, for me, a quick jaunt over the mountains to Aix-les-Bains for a couple of days.

Well done Neil. You all have done your selves proud.

Not sure where you are, Joe - we will be at Aix-les-Bains tomorrow for two nights and then near Belfort until Saturday; we get the train back Saturday night.

I am over in the mid west (charente region). Its a fair diversion to be honest.

Wow. What an event.
We left Mirafiori with 2 other Coupe's and headed over the St Bernard Pass together. Some amazing views along the way.

The others left for Dijon and Montreux. We are now in Chamonix for 5 days chilling out a very hectic few days. It's fair to say that the Italians did a GREAT job, and crammed in loads of stuff. The early starts and massive food-athons have left me exhausted, but in a good way.

Thanks to Joe, the Coupe performed well...... just need to get home now.

Yes, a great finale at Mirafiori, shame I missed lunch but I just had to drive over the Stelvio Pass before dark, quite a lot of snow still around and it even started snowing up the top as I arrived so hopefully I will be able to upload some arty shots soon, some might not even have my Coupe in...but as a tool for tackling Stelvio, the wide turning circle and lowered suspension of my Coupe did make for slow progress (I did scrape the tarmac a few times, but not the walls) but it was almost completely deserted so I had a great time And now I'm staying in the same little Pension in Süd Tirol that several of the Polish contingent stayed at on their way to Turin. Tomorrow's going to be a bit of an anti-climax after the long weekend but the Nürburgring should make up for that, plus a visit to the private Abarth museum before catching the ferry on Wednesday....

Shame it was closed when I went past last week - had to make do with Col du Mont Cenis on the way from Turin to Aix les Bains. It's a stunning road, over 2,000 metres, and beautiful views on the way down the French side. Bad weather meant few decent picture opportunities... but I like this one:

You certainly had a hoot around the circuit at Mirafiori Dave

Lunch was nice but I think our numbers overwhelmed them a bit and it took quite a while for most people to get served. Was rather impressive though to see so many Coupes almost filling the MASSIVE underground car park

Our Italian hosts put on a fantastic weekend. Yes it could be said that at times their enthusiasm could be a little "full on" But the folks are clearly passionate about the cars and constantly sought to cram so much FUN into the weekend. They tried to please everyone and I would say, on the whole, they succeeded.

We have absolutely loved this event. It was great to catch up with so many friends and make so many new ones too. There were so many "big" things happening that it's only now when you sit down and reflect that you realise just how much was crammed into the weekend, and how much STUFF we now have crammed in our Coupés.

We spent this evening walking the centre of Turin and I actually felt a little sad that nothing Coupé related is planned for tomorrow, though I will be glad to just settle for a sandwich for lunch.

I would just like to send a huge to the Piemonte Coupé Club You guys put on one heck of an event, well done.

For me it's still the best route to enter or leave Turin.

Know what you mean about needing some time to chill too

I can only echo the comments above and say that this has been an EPIC event! Massive thank you to the Piemonte coupe club for all their hard work... I had a blast and I will treasure the memories of this event for a very long time.
The st Bernard pass was the icing on the cake - Thanks to Gripped and Arm for the convoy, the views were very special indeed!

We did a bit of Italian Job, film location hunting today, fortunately Trish didn't really twig

We had already done the St Bernard bits and the Lingotto Roof but there is much more to find. Today we saw.

5. Streets near the Po (Various outside shots.
