The engine is out the coupe an stipped, i'm wondering what colour to paint the block, head and rocker cover.
I'm wanting some ideas. Maybe plain or crazy, because I just can't settle on anything.
Cheers all. Daz.

Paint the block rusty brown because you don't see it once everything is back in.

I would be concerned about painting the cylinder head, it's aluminium and will be a bugger to get properly clean so that the etch primer needed will stick properly. If you don't use etch primer the paint won't stay on for long.
The cam and plug covers are easy to clean and prime and paint will stick to the iron block easily.

We must all do our part for the planet. I unplugged a row of electric cars that nobody was using.

Your right, don't think i'll bother painting the head, i'll just clean it up. Black for the block ( it's painted in oil at the mo anyway!) ... Good idea with the orange and polish the coil cover to mirror finish. I'm still open to more ideas if there's any out there. Daz.
