Right you northern owners, we always start a thread for a meet and fccuk all comes of it. This has to stop NOW. We need to get a get together sorted even if it is a run-out to Hartsde cafe again. This has to come to something this time or we will be the laughing stock to all the southern owners who seem to have meets every other week in the summer. What you say? Any other ideas or venues gladly considered.

I agree Philip, we seem to be pretty cr*p at getting together, especially as there seems to be quite a few new owners in the region. I posted this a while ago, NE meet, but the response was poor to say the least. I'm up for any suggestions, even if it means we have to get the white rubber on again.

I'm up for this, but will be away from 3rd July to 15 July. Another location I particlulary like is around the North Yorkshire Moors, especially joining the A169 from the A171 - superb Coupe country  Just a suggestion, but I'm up for it anywhere.

i could potentially come for this depending on date and if i have enough pennies for LPG to get there and back and maybe drag a cohort or two along with me in the coop if that pinin fella or tafy and dave fancy it or maybe cowboy and C2D as well

North Yorkshire moor roads is a possibility. Could end up at Whitby or somewhere else on the coast.

You can count me in, assuming I can make it.
I'm away the first weekend in July, but other than that I think I'm clear till August.
Edited to add: I'll check Emma's social calendar as well, but she enjoyed it so much last time I'm sure she'll make the effort to come along.

FFS - meet is NOT IN MANCHESTER.
It's in Brighouse - near Huddersfield and Leeds - just off the M62.

Yes, yes, We had this when we set it up orignially (it started as an Alfa 145 thing). Turned out this was where the most people could get to though. Plus it's a very convenient blast over Pennine back roads from me. Sounds like an uber northern meet is needed too

I agree with Panic,how come we can't have a meet that suits most northern coupe owners, how about putting some dates together when we can or cannot meet me i won't be available from 10th-20 july apart from then no problem

Anyone from the North East planning on going to TOTB this year?
Might be the best opportunity we have over the next few months for a northern meet, and we can support the fccuk team at the same time.
TOTB is on 30th July and all of the details are in the thread in the track events section.

Sounds good, im up for this, gives me time to get the car serviced etc (recently purchased etc), and maybe save money to splash out on some Optimax (paid £1.07 at services other day!!!)
