Who's idea was it to require the wheel and wheelarch liner to be removed before you can get the washer bottle out?

And who stole my socket set?

Try changing a passenger side bulb. Although better than on the previous Megane.

I've got to replace a daylight running bulb on my daughters 500. Looks like a jack up and wheel off affair but there seems to be a little removable cover to allow access .... if you've got really small hands!

Headlamp/sidelamp replacements on a Skoda Octavia; 32 seconds....you know it makes sense! wink

Oh, and blown fuse on a Nissan Navara that we had as a test mule for winter; headlamp out one side, not bulb, therefore fuse.....where the hell is the fuse? After several hours and finding two separate two fuse boxes we were informed of the third "hidden" fuse location rolleyes

Why hide a fuse that is likely to blow confused

Still, could be worse; Lancashire constabulary were given Mercs to test as response vehicles.....they either kept cutting out or, in one case, locked two CID plods inside the vehicle! One engine cut-out was during a high speed pursuit in lane three of a busy M6.....turns out the engine ECU didn't like the frequency of a certain channel on the digital radios we use! laugh

You couldn't make it up!

The area around Rugby radio masts used to be a death spot for Volvos, twenty years ago - overloading the inputs and confusing their ECUs. Tow them out of range and they're fine.
