After answering a wanted ad on here, my Coupe has now moved on to a new custodian (its 5th in total and 3rd from this forum).
I wasn't using it enough and didn't want it to deteriorate, so it made sense to let it go.
I've loved owning it, every drive was like a special treat and the sounds, smells and performance never failed to put a smile on my face.
With this overwhelmingly positive experience of the car, I will have another one day, but only when either my garage is free of Austin-Healey or I have a car port.
This forum is excellent, the information was invaluable when I was buying, trouble shooting or upgrading and the quality of people certainly seems to be a cut above any other I've been on. I will continue to read it as the threads are always interesting and informative no matter what you're driving!
My wife's review of the Coupe will always stick with me: "It's like a massive well behaved dog, you can take it around town and it'll do anything you ask it to, however, you know it just really wants to run and run and run. One day it'll probably bite you, but only if you're really cruel to it."
