Well it took me a while to find (or buy) one. Was gonna spend upto 8K but in the end I got a mid range car as a starting point..
WOW these BEC are fun.
And it Yellow just like my old Caddy van. Its a Mk Indy Blade..

That has to be the smallest driver I've ever come across or the helmet and seats are HUGE! laugh

Recently balanced carbs
greensuff front pads. sierra rear drums
reconditioned steering rack with billet alloy clamp
Yes I took it out today, and yesterday and Friday. Will be driving it into work tomorrow at 630am so I will try to feet my foot off the throttle a little!!!

Make sure you let us know when you'll be out on track in it ... it'd be good to see it close-up. And, if it's anything like Jonny's MK, it'll probably be the fastest thing round most tracks!

There are that many of us, we ex-Coupe-and-now-7 owners should have our own subforum on here laugh

I don't think it qualfies for entry to the Cento rebels stand at Combe though confused

I look forward to seeing it there, complete with fake Italian badges, for some reciprocal rides driving

God these BEC are sooooooo much fun.. Well after you have checked all those nuts 'n' bolts that hold the thing together shocked. All sorted now and has just had the sign writting put on it. Look great, hopefully a good advertising tool for the business smile

Loud!!! Yep. Took it to Kevill on Saturday just to get it sound checked shocked Its 50% over there limit. Whoop.. I did wonder why my ears are ringing after going for a blast..
Still its soooo much fun to drive. I did take it to work last week when we had a ground frost!!! Brrrrrrrrr and the roads were a little slippy. Had a drift or two laugh

Been a while since I posted so here's what's happened to the Mk Indy;
Firstly I got a few decals made up, after all I did buy t through the business

Over the past week or so I have refurbished the upper and lower wishbones, headlights cups, replacement sump (old one had NO SUMP PLUG!!) cam cover powder coateded and also modified the lights brackets and also powder coat those. Should be back on the road this week.Got a Km Indy front grill and powder coated it in Gloss Black with a fine mesh painted yellow mounted behind.

Dan; Need to sort out the exhaust before anyone will let it go on track!!! I have a plan but need to take advise from other BEC to see if its possible..
Was gonna try a db killer but they are only good for reducing it by 3 or 4db and I'm looking for 15+ db to get rid off frown
