Well last weeek wasn't quite so succesful, only lost a single llb. Still it is a loss and not a gain so can't complain too much!

Well done elder and considering you lost 8 lbs the week before, a further lb is excellent

Oh - I went up to 15st 1lb (thought i'd post that on here).

Just meant 4lb lost from last week.

I'm hoping to lose another 4lb this week, so fingers crossed.
