Ross this is showing great potential! It's too far in advance for me to make a commitment even though it's tempting smile

May I suggest that the thread title is altered to show the revised date?

Would be rude of me not to turn up for this one as it is on my doorstep. As long as I am not at work that is.

How cheap do you want the digs? If you drive a bit past the lakes bottom end there is a travelodge as you drive into Barrow. From 19.50 a night. 24 hour Asda over the road and a pizza hut at the front door. Could do nice but at a price all over the lakes though.

That sounds a good deal.

I think us northern guys, will probably try and stay near the top.

I fancy the whoop hall again.

All I need is a place to put my head and a place to serve me drinks. Big bonus if you can get both at same place.
