Well I think I have sorted it, I have a weird high compression engine, cant rememberthe figures off hand, using crap fuel, long pipe work on the FMIC, changed the rubber doughnuts on the inlet plenum and mine had started to crack..
Since switching to 99 octane, it's run enev better than when I left doctor flea!!

Well all good if that sorts your problem dude!

The turbo just can't deal with my demands for power.
Granted, the car feels epic to drive and in REALLY happy with what flea has to the car!
It spools fast... Feels and goes fast!

Now I'm going to enjoy my hotel room with the mrs!!

It is a fair bit lower than the other cars tested with a standard TB28? The current standings go between 247-288bhp with a TB28.

In all honesty the figures don't tell the whole story, if you're happy with the way the car drives on the road then forget the figures, enjoy the new map and enjoy the drive home

It'll be interesting to hear what Leighton has to say - there must be something holding the car back, as he normally manages a better figure than that - it would be helpful to know, as there's always something that's the weak link in the chain, regardless of what power you have - one single component that would release a chunk of power

I've put in bold what I have compared to yours, with my extras being a stainless cat back and a Gtec1 chip and my car is 246bhp.

Glad you're enjoying the nicer drive, but surely with all your mods and a map, you should be running better power than 237.5?
