That's frowned upon, but as it's only a paragraph. laugh

"The Chris Bangle designed Coupe looked like a slash-backed alien life form when it landed in 1996, and the rabid 220bhp five pot turbo had enough grunt to smoke it’s front wheels to 60mph in 6.5 seconds and onto 160mph. A serious Boxster-basher?From Fiat? Oh yes, and it sounded like a scream too. Will break, mind."

Nice write up apart from the last 3 words evil

Still one of the best looking cars around, and astonishing value for the performance. Yep, they will break, but so do most performance cars and we have people on the forum that will fix them at a reasonable price thumb .

Well, somewhat. Landing time was 93, it didn't have a five pot when it landed (you can discuss whether this is actually a mistake), it went to 60 in 6.2 (7.5 if it's the 16v) and topped 155 (less if 16v).

Yeah, just mentioned official figures. I once came across a book that listed it as 5.7.

It's taken Car long enough; the Coupe was their choice in the good, bad, ugly coupe section every month it was available.
