1. Clean and sand the place, where the lips will be glued- it is also advisable that you should tape the bumper above the lips not to get the bumper dirty.
2. Put on lots of silicone glue (the one that you use for car windows)- one tube is not enough.
3. Put on the lips and attach them.
4. Press the top edge of the lips with a strip of wood- this is the most important part!
5. Wait until the glue hardens. Do not clean the glue that sticks out after pressing. It is advisable to wait about 12 hours.
6. Cut out the glue that sticks out with a knife.
..ready ..paint the bumper ..looks like oryginal

I'm gonna attempt this in the new year as I've just put some LE skirts on myself and found it no bother. I was planning on painting them first though!!

Yeah my thought had been on painting first.

Does the paint crack to much if applied before fitting ?

No crack, but if you will paint first, you have to be careful on varnish and glue.

Mariusz do you think it´s hard to fit the rear bumper? Beacuse i´ve got my bumper from joy tuning and it´s just the little lip, not the whole rear bumper if you know what i mean!

Beacuse i have my plans to see if my 360 modena kit fits now! And if it does, It will be paint then be fitted!

What do you think about that? Do you got any tricks and hints for me ?

I do not know how Joy Tuning lip fits. My bumper fits very good. Now I prepare the new 360 Modena lip of back bumper, will be fit ideally. I will make the instruction of assembly of rear bumper 360 modena valance.

project..

Yeah i might need some instructions :P

Gonna be an expensive first quarter for my car. Body kit and exhaust all in one swoop.

I'm desperate to get some money together so i can afford the kit AND get it sprayed as soon as possible so i can get it on the car. Will look a bit weird driving to the powerflow garage tho with front bumper and side skirts on but with the rear valance squeezed inside the car (or in a mates car behind me), as i doubt i can fit the 360 back with the conventional diagonal exhaust.
