all I was saying there was it's not like they haven't put the audio in I requested, so not 'being screwed over' as such because i've got what I asked for and I don't think you can't complain about paying RRP prices at a shop.
the annoyance is the difference between the RRP and the now 'online' price because then the price of the audio components comes down by approx £250, the hourly rate is also high (to me) but I don't know what similar audio companies are charging per hour.
As TAG said, best to get a quote for the work before and then deciding whether to go ahead or not.. bit difficult to argue now because they're saying that is how long it took to do and that is our hourly rate.
