Oh I dunno, some recent figures...

60-100: 4secs

30-130: 12.7secs

Still a bit more to come when I fix the boost issue.

I don't mind giving you a head start tongue

Failing that, then yes, I could be still interested yes

I my opinion.the coolant hose of death could be installed wrongly very easily.I put my hose of death in 2 or 3 times before i was happy.

Yeah very true Joe, it's nigh on impossible to see the routing of it.

I normally tie string to a hose,so i have the return route sorted, But i was so worried about the job, that i forgot the basics i know from working on plant machines.

Mike, hope the bad luck is over and your splendid car no longer just boils water.

GOOD LUCK and looking forward to reading future positive messages!

I've just remembered that when my CHOD went there seemed to be lots of cracks on the inside of the hose (none visible on the outside though).

Any chance it could have been getting squashed by something at the back of the engine?

We think this was the cause.

The pipe was very Proccy like(Limp)

Not only that but it twisted easily with no shape or structure.

Ontop of this, the engine was fine until that hose was replaced,.
so the plot thickens.
