I can tell you guys are on your way, the weather has gone all British on us. No rain yet but it is much cooler than yesterday, hmm that should make for much better inlet temperatures on the track

Hi All. Nice to meet you all. What can I say, What a great bunch of guys and gals you are. First event with the club, only had the car a month. People saying hello as soon as I turned up, Got a ride in that Fiat Coupe race car, Got a ticket to take the coupe on track, plenty of help in diagnosis of the problem with the coupe after said lap.
Thanks to all for making it a great day out. Even if the car is still not right (It drove home perfectly without misbehaving though)

It definately was a great weekend again! Very odd weather on saturday though, a few very sunny moments and loads of showers inbetween. The track was quite wet most of the time. Sunday was a little better, but still wet on the morning sessions. Thanks to Sparco for taking me out again for some laps. The car really is a lot better than last year in my opinion. It feels a lot quicker, although it's hard to put the power down in the wet! The lap chasing a Ferrari F430 was quite fun. Sparco's car is at least as quick, which is quite impressive! He really didn't want to let us past though and almost lost it at some point. Good fun though I only did the coupe sessions on both days. I wasn't too sure about my brakes though, do the plan was to take it easy. It's weird how quickly you forget about that idea and just try to get the most out of it The brakes held up ok-ish on the saturday session, but on sunday they started to judder massively after a few laps (I did push it quite a bit harder on this session though ). I definately need new discs and pads now! Here's a movie of the saturday session. Filmed by Eddy from Belgium (thanks for that!). As you can see it was very wet and slippery!

I got home about 3.45 am and have only now had chance to post on here. Had to have a look on here before I went to bed I hope everyone has got home safely, as there were some extremely tired Coupe drivers on the road. Well, what can I say? An absolutely brilliant weekend!! Was lovely to meet new people, although it seems I missed a few of you Many thanks to Bob, Pete, etc for organising this event I'll hopefully sort out the photos and videos later on and post them on here soon.

Thank you Pete and the rest of the team for organising this, a truly excellent weekend. What a great experience the whole thing was, meeting loads of people on here for the first time too. Most of whom are nutters, but in a good way of course Just brilliant. To the guys that missed this, start saving now for next year. It'll be amongst the best few hundred euros you'll ever spend Thanks again and please put my name down for next year. I'll add to the photo/video log later. Rich ETA: Thankfully there weren't many casualties, I hope the few whose cars had problems all got back safely.

Awesome. Just totally awesome. A fantastic weekend - a great bunch of people, a brilliant track, what more could you ask for? (ok, maybe some sun) A massive thanks to the organisers, this was an event really worth attending. It might be a while until I can get pictures up online as I have over 650 pictures and 3 hours of video footage to sort through Oh, and I need to clean my car
