Per - my friend and I are heading to the Nurburgring, but were going to wait until Monday. There's an event on at the Ring over the weekend - will you still be able to get track time on the Sunday evening?!

In fact - looking at THIS LINK it would appear the Ring isn't open for track time on Sunday 20th June!

We'll arrive sunday evening for a dinner at Pistelklause around 8pm. Then it's tracktime all evenings Mon-Thur from 5pm.

We should meet up for a after-ring-beer etc!

A quick question about helmets for the track time - my friend has lent me his old biking helmet. It must over 5 years old, but still looks the part. Will this do, did they do any form of helmet checking last year?

Other than making sure you had one, no.

The guy in the 8C was on the track but in the grande parade and i did ask if he wanted to swap cars if he was that taken. Don't know why but he declined!!!

Hi guys, i want to warn you that there are roadworks going on the highway around Brussels. I would definately make shure that you guys pass Brussel before 16 hrs or after 18hrs at least. Or take an alternative route around Brussels down on La Route Wallonie or something.

I'll keep you informed, it was just on the news here, this morning traffic was stuck there (they went from 3 strokes to 2 driving strokes).

The roadworks are on the E40 between Bertem and Sterrebeek.

Hi All, found out today that i'm definately going to be made redundant at the end of July. With this in mind i cannot justify the costs of this weekend, i've suggested to Pete that he offer my ticket out to all so anyone who knows of someone (with a coupe of course) who wants to go please let Pete know sharpish.
