Got to hand it to them – I’ve just declared my recent headwork, unichip, Gt28R, 3inch downpipe, lightened + balanced flywheeland, balanced rods + LE kit.

…..and my insurance has gone up by Zilch apart from £25 admin fee.

I'm paying the same as the day I took a policy with them - and that was running only a chip and a few gauges...

I'll be moving the car to an agreed value policy with them in June, so no more 'book' value price if something nasty was to happen. This will cost about the same given I will have a further years NCB with them by then.

Just remember suba that with agreed value policy you still wont get the full value of the car plus modes.
It gives you peace of mind knowing if the worst happens you will be able negotiate a fair settlement

From chatting with Neil at Greenlight: My understanding is that once I have supplied details and pictures of the condition of the car + an ammount is agreed this is the ammount they would pay out should the car get written off...
