Is Mark_S still online?? - Interested to know more about rear valence and exhaust mods for putting onto a 20VT, quite like your bumper, but might double up on pipes, and go down a tad on dia if it looks too boy racer - your bumper doesnt look anywhere near as low as the Ferrari style one in same thread, which to me is a good thing - I hate deepened vertical aspects to cars as it akes away sleekness - Plus sill trims are coming off - almost tempted to mask the side 'cuts' with this modern vinyl covering to see what that does to styling - to me it is overstyled but great sized and proportioned classic coupe overall

Is that a standard bumper with the other corner cut out? - Did Motortech do that too? - How does it sound compared to blue flame? - I assume it has resonators somewhere?

I love this, if the black area that juts out slightly was recessed instead, i'd order one tomorrow....

cheers Mariusz, the blue PIU with shallow black section and cut your own outlets is very OE looking and tasteful www.shop.autods.net/bmz_cache/c/ce2ee3b9752a67eb30c11df4fdd54e3f.image.733x550.JPG

Apologies for not getting back to you on this, I rarely check the Forum these days.

It is indeed a standard bumper, Motormech did the original on the 16VT then Joe at FCSS swapped it over onto my 20VT. Just took a template of the original cut in the bumper, flipped it and cut it out of the other side. Tidy job and means from the side (either side) it looks standard.

It sounds lovely, it's got a bassy rumble to it and a lovely burble on tick over. It's VERY loud when you want it to be, but quiet enough at low revs to not wake the whole town.

I can get a video if you want?

sorry, I missed your reply - yes this might be the way forward, keeping costs sensible - is the engine tuned, is it cat free?

If you do get a chance to video it sometime inside / outside that would be great

cheers D
