Hey guys just wondering whether anybody has used either of the above to sell a car??

I've had my coupe up for sale for a while and could do with selling it fairly soon. I keep getting calls from the above saying they have buyers waiting??? Sounds sus to me and I'm pretty sure I've heard these sort of companies have been on Watchdog before....

Basically they are offering to advertise the car 'til sold and have buyers waiting with finance approved, although how they can do that with no knowledge of the car I don't know. With the coupe being such a specialist car I doubt they'd be able to match people to it specifically but I may be wrong....

Hi mate it's a complete scam , they say they can sell your car and you pay them say £80 which is refunded when you sell the car and they take a % of the sale. Thing is they never get back to you and you have forked out £80 and they have'nt done anything wrong because the sellers fall through!!

They are all a variation on a theme, I think Watchdog did a feature on them and found several were run from the same call centre (Barnet IIRC) and there were a few spin-off companies run by the sister/wife/daughter whoever of the originals.

BE WARNED... don't waste your money.

These cowboys have been on Watchdog on numerous occasions.
